Are Ugandans prepared for a Total lockdown?

As president Yoweri K Museveni is due to address the nation today at 8:00pm, Ugandans are scared as the expect nothing from this address other than a total lockdown.

It should be remembered that on 7th June 2021 the president imposed a lockdown on schools and all learning institutions for 42 days. He also prohibited the movement of people from one district to another. This largely affecting business operations.

So as Ugandans await for his address, many think and are hoping for a total lockdown as more COVID19 cases and deaths are registered in the country.
